Once your appointment is made: 

• From the links below, print 1 Application and 1 Qualification Guidelines form for each applicant 18 years or older.  Make sure the Qualification Guidelines form is for the property you are interested in.
• Fill out the Application completely, leaving no lines blank (writing 'N/A' where applicable), and sign/date the last page of the Qualification Guidelines form.  You will receive a copy of your signed Qualification Guidelines form for your personal records to show that you have read and understand the Qualification Guidelines at your appointment.
• Each applicant must bring to the appointment a valid form of picture ID and Social Security Card for identification verification.
• Each employed applicant must bring to the appointment pay stubs from the previous month for income verification.
• Each applicant must pay an application fee of $40.00.  This fee must be in the form of a Cashier's Check or Money Order.  If there is more than one person applying, all application fees may be combined on one Cashier's Check or Money Order.
• If you would like us to hold the unit for you during the application process, you must pay a $300.00 Holding Fee at the time you apply.  This will prevent anyone else from applying for the unit while your application is in process. This must be in the form of a separate Cashier's Check or Money Order.  (More information about this is in the Qualification Guidelines form.)
